Description of the offer

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, he conducts sales and is responsible for the team of sales consultants in the distribution center. He promotes customer satisfaction, implements sales tools for his team, and assumes leadership of the entire sales process made by his team.

Main responsibilities:

• Carry out sales and development of new customers;
• Ensure the follow-up of certain clients;
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of internal sales consultants;
• Distribute the tasks of his team;
• Implement effective solutions to meet customer needs;
• See to the training and support of the sales staff;
• Provide technical advice to customers and prospects on the various brands of products offered by the company; 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the tire industry; 
• Conduct competitive market analysis and share research with the team and management; 
• Create long term relationships with different representatives and manufacturers; 
• Perform various analyses and follow-ups on manufacturer rebates and discounts and their implementation; 
• Perform all other related tasks;

Job description

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, he ensures inventory control, prepares purchases according to the various manufacturers' programs, and is responsible for analyzing and verifying the integrity of the data entered into the various systems as well as ensuring that procedures are followed and that the inventory process is compliant by all parties involved.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that all inventory processes are respected;
• Follow up on the various inventory movements, make corrections if necessary, perform the appropriate analyses and produce various reports;
• Prepare purchases according to the different manufacturers' programs;
• Work in close collaboration with the distribution centers and workshops regarding situations/issues related to inventories or processes;
• Participate in the process and analysis of the annual physical inventory results of the workshops and the distribution center;
• Process and follow up on warranties and returns;
• Create, import and correct products in the system;
• Management of inventory min/max;
• Support for online sales;
• Management and analysis of shipments;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the tire industry, a major asset
• 3 years of relevant experience;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Very good knowledge of excel and computers;
• Dynamic and flexible in the accomplishment of tasks
• English is an asset

Job description:

Under the supervision of the Department Heads and the Director, the incumbents of the positions will be required to combine various functions and will be required to perform different tasks, mainly:

• Ensure a healthy relationship with customers;
• Invoicing, answering telephone and online orders, and performing certain tasks related to advertising and marketing
• Prepare delivery orders and take care of some of the logistics;
• All other related tasks;
